Conditional Money-Back Guarantee
Pillar of Enoch Ministry hereby promises to refund the full purchase price, less shipping, of any order that is returned within two weeks from the date it is received, provided the purchaser contacts us via e-mail with their desire for a refund first.
Once the return is authorized, the e-mailed permission to return the merchandise that will be sent to you by Pillar of Enoch Ministry must be included in the return.
This guarantee does not cover returns of products damaged by carelessness on the part of the purchaser, or products not carefully packed for return, and thereby damaged in transit. Please keep in mind that, if not defective, returned products will be re-used by this Ministry.
Pillar of Enoch Ministry currently operates at a deficit, and will make no profit on transactions until the debt accrued in manufacturing and advertising the books and CDs sold here is paid off. As of September 2006, that debt exceeds 10,000 dollars USD. Therefore, please consider giving unwanted merchandise to interested friends or relatives before asking for a refund, and returning them.
